PDSF Tours, a Canadian based company, acts as the merchant agent on behalf of both Phuket Deep Sea Fishing and Thai Dive when booking the various activities with our on line secure credit card payment system. Both Phuket Deep Sea Fishing and Thai Dive adhere to and follow our payment and booking policy. Please read our payment and booking policy carefully in order to understand the following information. Booking Deposit.
You are now entering a secure payment system that ensures an automated and realtime (immediate) confirmation and credit card payment of your fishing charter, diving trip , diving coarse and accommodation request(s). Please follow the steps below.

1. On the following page, please verify your fishing charter, diving trip, diving coarse and or accommodation. All require a 30% deposit. Then fill in your name and contact information. PDSF Tours collects this information to secure your booking and to issue you a confirmation email. Click the 'Submit' button and verify that this information is correct. Proceed to the secure payment server.

2. PDSF Tours uses the Internet billing company InternetSecure to accept your cardholder information. Please fill in the appropriate information in the required fields. Once your transaction is approved through the encrypted security system, you will be issued a payment confirmation from InternetSecure.

Booking Policy
All the above terms and conditions must be read and agreed upon prior to booking a trip coarse or accommodation.

Payment Policy: Phuket Deep Sea Fishing
Day charters and Join On Packages
Phuket Deep Sea Fishing requires a confirmed non-refundable 30% deposit on all day charters and/or Join On packages with the remaining 70% balance to be paid on the pier prior to the departure of the charter. This deposit is required for the following reasons:

• to ensure a complete and full booking schedule of boats to prepare the boat for charter
• secure the necessary manpower and crew and to provision perishable food and beverage items
• to maintain a regular maintenance schedule in order to ensure the proper functioning of boats and the safety of guests
• to ensure the availability of land-based accommodation for all guests.

Liveaboard Charters:
(Local Liveaboards, Ko Rok and Ko Adang, Similan Islands, Andaman Islands)
In addition to the confirmed 30% deposit Phuket Deep Sea Fishing requires confirmed payment in full one month in advance on all local liveaboard charters, charters to Ko Rok and Ko Adang, the Similan Islands and the Andaman Islands. In addition to the above reasons, payment in full is required to ensure that your booking is confirmed and secure since only those boats that provide accommodation and diving equipment travel to and fish in these areas. Charters to these areas are only available during the high season months of November through April.

Accommodation:
If accommodation is requested, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation at any time prior to the departure of the boat, activity or prior to the check in of accommodation will result in the loss of your 30% deposit.

Unforeseen Circumstances:
Phuket Deep Sea Fishing retains the right at all times to cancel any charter when it is deemed that mechanical or weather problems might compromise and endanger the safety of the guests, crew and the boat.

Before a Charter
Should mechanical problems occur prior to the departure of the boat another boat of a similar standard and quality may be provided to the customers to carry out the charter. Otherwise the charter will be rescheduled for the next possible day. Should weather conditions that could compromise safety occur prior to the departure of the boat, the charter will be rescheduled for the next possible day. If the charter cannot be rescheduled to meet the needs of Phuket Deep Sea Fishing and the needs of the customer a processing fee of 10% of the 30% deposit will be retained by Phuket Deep Sea Fishing with the remaining balance of 20% to be returned to the customer(s).

During a Charter
Should mechanical or weather problems occur during a charter, it will be at the discretion of Phuket Deep Sea Fishing and the customer to reach a fair settlement. Phuket Deep Sea Fishing realizes that there are many possible situations that can arise therefore each circumstance will be handled on an individual basis. Should the customer choose to cancel a multiple day charter and/or liveaboard charter once the charter is in progress, the customer will not be entitled to a refund. Payment Policy: Thai Dive
Local daytrip diving charters, diving courses and the Coral Island Power Snorkel trip require a non-refundable 30% deposit with the remaining 70% balance to be paid on the day that activity is booked.

The initial 30% deposit secures you, the customer, the exact time or date of the chosen activity that best meets your needs and allows us here at Thai Dive to manage and organize your needs more efficiently.

Liveaboard Trips
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. Reservations can not be held without deposit. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 30 days before cruise departure.

If the balance is not received on time, Thai-Dive retains the right to resell the booked places.

Counting back from the cruise departure date:
- if cancellation is less than 30 Days prior departure date, full price will be charged.

In the event that the minimum number of bookings is not attained, the customer will be rebooked on one of our associate liveaboards of same high standard. There will be no extra charges.
